Senior Product Growth Manager

The role and its impact This is a product led growth role, and it sits in our go to market team. Every month a large number of accountants and bookkeepers start the journey to becoming a Xero partner, and only a small fraction reach the point where they are set up, confident and ready to bring their clients across. Closing that gap is the job. Our performance marketing team delivers the traffic, and you turn it into engaged, paying partners, carrying a commercial number for the net new partner revenue that follows. You will read the data across every channel, from the product experience to digital outreach to human sales conversations, and work out where partners get stuck and why. From there you will Go Bold by forming a hypothesis, designing an experiment and measuring the incremental revenue it creates, whether that means removing a step that stopped being useful years ago, making a hard step easier, or nudging people back to finish it. Some answers will be purely digital, some will need human intervention, and judging which is which is a real part of the craft.
