ABOUT THE ROLE Hi, I'm Colin Sproule https://www.linkedin.com/in/cawlin/, a Senior Design Manager at Jane. I've been here for three years, and I get to work alongside an incredibly thoughtful group of designers who care deeply about creating intuitive and delightful experiences. Our Design team exists to help practitioners focus on what they love most - helping their clients - by removing friction and making complex work feel simple. On the JaneX team, that mission shows up in one of the most consequential spaces in our product: the full clinical encounter. We own everything a practitioner does before, during, and after a patient visit - chart entries, templates, treatment plans, supervision, private notes, and AI Scribe. The complete arc of how a practitioner captures and delivers their clinical work. On a more personal note, I live on BC’s upper Sunshine Coast. When I’m not thinking about design, you’ll usually find me biking, making experimental music, playing tabletop games, or reading small-press comics.
