Senior Product Designer, Capital Advances

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer, Capital Advances based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to shape complex financial products that directly affect merchants and internal operations teams.You’ll design experiences spanning the full capital-advance lifecycle, from application and underwriting through issuance and repayment.The work combines sophisticated internal workflows with high-impact merchant-facing experiences.You’ll turn manual, complex processes into intuitive, efficient, and increasingly automated systems.Working closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Operations, and other partners, you’ll help define product direction through iterative design.AI will be an important part of your design practice, from research synthesis and rapid prototyping to shaping production experiences.You’ll have meaningful autonomy while contributing to a collaborative environment focused on design quality, systems thinking, and measurable customer impact.
