We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us in pushing Front’s user experience to the next level. You’ll be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming new product ideas with Product Management to tweaking pixels right before launch with Engineering to adding new components to our Design System. You will utilize your full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills.
What you'll do:
- Design features that empower developers and administrators to integrate Front with third-party tools and build AI-powered automation—helping teams deliver exceptional customer service.
- Execute on and evolve our design system by designing, refining, and documenting intuitive components that maintain consistency across the product.
- Design product experiences across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers in Santiago, San Francisco, and Paris to deliver impactful design solutions.
- Champion users in product decisions during tradeoff, timeline, and experience discussions with cross-functional peers.
- Communicate your design vision through high-fidelity mock-ups, documentation, and prototypes.
- Help shape our design team's culture of constructive feedback and continuous learning.
What we're looking for:
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping world-class products across various platforms.
- A portfolio showcasing excellent design craft (end-to-en
