ABOUT THE ROLE Join a fast moving, remote first team as a product designer shaping complex fintech and B2B workflows. You will influence system foundations and onboarding journeys, balancing craft with measurable impact in a collaborative environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and maintain a modular design system that powers live implementations and prototypes. - Design multi-step onboarding flows that adapt to modular customer needs. - Apply a conversion focused mindset by measuring, testing, and refining user experiences. - Prototype rapidly and iterate based on customer feedback and data. - Collaborate closely with front end and back end teams to translate designs into production. - Help shape design standards and foster a scalable design culture.
