Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to independently lead complex product design work for a mature B2B operational platform used in healthcare simulation environments. You will own major workflows from problem framing through delivery, working closely with Product and Engineering to simplify existing UX debt, shape product decisions, and improve consistency across scheduling, resource coordination, role-based permissions, administrative tools, and operational dashboards.
