Senior Process Improvement Specialist

This role leads enterprise-wide process improvement and automation initiatives designed to strengthen financial and operational performance across the project lifecycle.You will identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and increase operational scalability.Working across business, finance, operations, and technology teams, you will help redesign processes and establish sustainable standards and best practices.The position also plays a key role in integrating engineering projects following acquisitions and supporting ERP and technology enhancements.You will facilitate cross-functional workshops, lead change initiatives, and help stakeholders adopt improved processes, systems, and ways of working.Success in this role requires a strategic mindset combined with strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.This is a full-time remote position with core business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
