Senior Process Improvement Professional

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Process Improvement Professional based in the United States. As a Senior Process Improvement Professional, you will lead initiatives that strengthen healthcare operations and improve outcomes for members receiving long-term services and supports. You’ll analyze complex workflows, identify root causes, and design sustainable solutions that improve efficiency, quality, compliance, and overall member experience. The role partners closely with care management, utilization management, quality, reporting, provider, and compliance teams. You’ll use operational data and performance insights to guide decisions, measure results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. You’ll also help translate regulatory and program changes into practical operational processes and workflows. This is a remote, cross-functional role offering meaningful ownership and the opportunity to influence healthcare delivery at scale.
