Position Summary

At ExtraHop, we empower security teams to detect, investigate, and respond to advanced threats in real time. Our Network Detection and Response (NDR) platform is trusted by enterprises worldwide and we’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to help define what’s next.

This is a strategic role for a seasoned product leader with deep expertise in cybersecurity and a passion for building customer-centric, market-defining solutions. You will own core areas of the RevealX platform guiding strategy, roadmap, and execution across cross-functional teams directly addressing critical security challenges faced by modern enterprises.  As a thought leader within the organization, you’ll shape our product vision, mentor peers, and ensure alignment between business goals, customers needs and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve product strategy and roadmap for core areas of the RevalX platform, with an emphasis on maturing  SOC-oriented workflows to boost analyst productivity.
  • Act as a key interface between customers, field teams, and R&D, capturing market feedback including competitive analysis to translate insights into actionable product priorities.
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, planning, development, go-to-market, and iteration.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, UX, marketing, and sales enablement to deliver impactful releases.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring our roadmap reflects evolving SOC practices, industry benchmarks, and buyer priorities.
  • Mentor and collaborate with product peers; influence product culture, best practices, and strategic thinking across the org.
