Senior Principal Product Manager, AI Platform

ABOUT THE ROLE A hands-on leader focused on building an AI first platform that serves multiple client types within a small, capable team. You will own end to end exploration, prototyping, and delivery of AI driven solutions that streamline operations and replace manual workflows. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Identify operational problems and design AI driven solutions that can be prototyped and tested with real data. - Collaborate with engineers to productionize prototypes into reliable and scalable systems. - Define measurable metrics for complex problems and develop AI based solutions to address them. - Own the development of a decision engine and related tooling that serves diverse user needs. - Contribute to closed loop attribution and reporting work streams tied to business outcomes. - Build a single platform that serves multiple agencies and industries with shared components and configurable elements. - Report to the VP of Product and Technology and partner with leadership as needed.
