Senior Premier WFM Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Premier WFM Consultant based in United States. The Senior Premier WFM Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to clients using UKG Pro Workforce Management, helping organizations maximize the value of their workforce management technology. This role combines strategic consulting, hands-on solution design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization across multiple WFM modules. You will own a portfolio of clients, translate workforce priorities into actionable roadmaps, and lead complex initiatives from planning through delivery. Success requires strong client leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage competing priorities, risks, and resources. The role also provides opportunities to mentor consultants and contribute to broader practice improvements. This is a fully remote position with meaningful autonomy and up to 40% travel based on client needs.
