This is a hands-on growth role focused on scaling paid acquisition for a rapidly growing AI product with a global user base.You will own one or more major acquisition channels and be responsible for turning strong campaigns into scalable growth engines.The role combines performance marketing, creative experimentation, funnel optimization, analytics, and media strategy.You will work closely with senior marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and move quickly from insight to execution.A major focus will be testing new channels, improving CAC and ROAS, and building systems that support aggressive user-growth targets.You’ll operate in a highly autonomous, fully remote environment where speed, experimentation, ownership, and measurable results are central to how the team works.This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the growth of a category-defining AI product at significant global scale.
