Senior People Scientist, Talent Management

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior People Scientist, Talent Management based in Canada. This role brings together people science, talent management, data, and technology to strengthen how organizations understand and develop their people. You will use rigorous research and analytical methods to design, measure, and continuously improve company-wide talent programs. Your work will span engagement surveys, performance management cycles, job architecture, measurement frameworks, and other initiatives that shape the employee experience. You will partner closely with People Business Partners, People Analytics, Total Rewards, and senior leaders to turn complex findings into practical recommendations. The role also offers an opportunity to build lightweight applications, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows that make people insights more accessible and actionable. This is a highly applied position for someone who combines scientific rigor with strong business judgment, stakeholder communication, and a practical approach to technology and automation.
