Senior People Business Partner - GTM

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior People Business Partner - GTM based in the United States. This fully remote role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other go-to-market leaders during a period of significant organizational growth. You will help translate business priorities into effective people strategies, organizational decisions, and leadership practices. The position combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on ownership of people programs and employee lifecycle processes. You will help shape organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and retention strategies. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, you will provide practical guidance while constructively challenging decisions when needed.
