Senior People Analytics Manager (12 month fixed term)

The role / impact At Xero, we make running a business beautiful, and behind every decision we make for small businesses sits data we trust. This role is where that trust gets built for our HR (People Experience) function. As a People Insights Manager, you'll be the primary analytical partner to HR leadership, creating a single, trusted view of Operational Health that spans workforce health, engagement, talent flows, capacity and productivity, and people related risk. You'll translate complex people data, including Workday, survey, talent and reward data, into clear, actionable recommendations that shape how Xero plans its workforce. You'll set the standard for how we partner with HR leaders on people analytics, while staying hands on with the data and models that make it possible. The team & how they connect You'll sit within G&A Data & Analytics, the team that mobilises trusted data so Finance, HR, Legal, Risk and other corporate functions can make faster, better decisions.
