Senior Payroll Implementation Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Payroll Implementation Consultant based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Implementation Consultant to lead the successful implementation of cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for new customers. In this role, you will guide clients through the configuration and deployment of payroll, HR, benefits, and time and attendance systems. You will oversee projects from initial requirements discovery through testing, training, and go-live, ensuring solutions align with each customer's business processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will manage project timelines, address implementation challenges, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will also contribute to continuous process improvement while sharing your expertise with junior consultants.
