HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
As Senior Partnerships Manager, you will create meaningful growth for Planday by turning relationships into real commercial opportunity.
You will identify the partners that matter, build trust at every level, and help them win with Planday. By connecting our teams, aligning priorities, and creating joint momentum, you will generate pipeline, influence deals, and make our ecosystem a durable advantage for the business.
You succeed when partners choose to bring us into opportunities and our sales teams see you as essential to winning.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Define and prioritise the partners that can create the greatest impact for Planday
- Develop and grow relationships that open doors to new opportunities
- Create joint business plans with clear targets, activities, and accountability
- Enable partner teams to position, sell, and advocate for Planday effectively
- Build strong relationships across partner sales, leadership, and operational stakeholders
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in collaboration with Sales
- Work with AEs to progress and win opportunities originating from the ecosystem
- Increase partner engagement through structured rhythms, incentives, and visibility of success
- Partner with Product and the Partnerships Product Manager to align commercial opportunity with integration priorities
- Represent partner needs internally and help strengthen Planday’s ecosystem proposition
- Provide clear reporting and insight on partner contribution to revenue
- Travel 0-20%
WHAT YOU’LL BRING WITH YOU
- 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or indirect sales within B2B SaaS
- A demonstrated track record of creating pipeline and revenue through partners
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to build compelling, mutual value propositions
- Confidence engaging executives and influencing without authority
- Experience defining focus areas and building plans that translate into action
- Ability to operate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps
- Industry experience in hospitality, retail, healthcare, or other workforce-intensive environments is prefer
