This is a remote leadership opportunity focused on fraud operations within a fast-paced financial services environment.You will lead a team of 13–15 Fraud Associates responsible for protecting cardholders and reducing fraudulent activity.The role combines people leadership, operational performance management, fraud escalation, and process improvement.You will use data and performance trends to coach team members and strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround times.As the fraud operations function continues to evolve, you will have an opportunity to help shape coaching practices, escalation processes, and operating procedures.You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners while supporting customers through complex and sensitive situations.The role is designed for an experienced people leader who enjoys developing teams while solving operational challenges in an evolving environment.
