Senior Marketing Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Marketing Lead based in Germany. As Senior Marketing Lead, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of the marketing function for a fast-growing B2C SaaS product serving tens of thousands of users.You’ll build, prioritize, execute, and measure a scalable marketing engine across acquisition, conversion, retention, content, and partnerships.This is a highly hands-on leadership role where strategy and execution go hand in hand, with significant autonomy over priorities, experimentation, and channel development.You’ll work closely with the CEO while coordinating contractors, specialist resources, and AI-powered tools to extend your impact without building a large internal team.Your work will span email, CRO and landing pages, paid acquisition, retargeting, social, partnerships, affiliate programs, and SEO content.You’ll also play a key role in integrating AI agents into everyday marketing workflows for research, content creation, analysis, and automation.This is an ideal opportunity for a systems-oriented marketer who thrives in lean environmen...
