Senior Manager, Web Strategy

The role / impact Serve as a critical link across multiple layers of the business, aligning marketing strategies with cross-functional departments. As the owner of Xero's digital front door, you will ensure our web presence functions as a growth engine that aligns seamlessly with our overall company strategy. Act as a bilingual strategist who bridges the gap between design and code, translating high-level business goals into actionable digital requirements. You will act as the central point for all marketing stakeholders and partner with Engineering and Product to prioritize and bring that work to life. Your ultimate mission is to ensure every visitor moves with clarity, confidence, and momentum toward becoming a customer.
