ABOUT THE ROLE Hi, I'm Kas Pawa https://www.linkedin.com/in/kasmirapawa/, VP & Chief of Staff here at Jane. I lead several cross-functional initiatives at Jane, including our Market Owner team. Each Market Owner acts as a General Manager for a specific customer segment, deeply knowing the ins and outs of the customer experience and internally advocating for their customers across Jane's functions so we're bringing the best of Jane to every market we serve. Market Owners need a strong Strategy & Insights partner to do that job well: someone who can partner with them individually and collectively on performance tracking, forecasting, exploring key market opportunities and growth hypotheses, and driving forward data-driven decisions. This is a highly collaborative, evolving role that blends strategic thinking, analytics, and operational excellence. As Jane continues to grow, this role will grow too, requiring curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine care for both customers and teammates.
