  • Building a repeatable governance process to scale with the growing training volume, eliminating redundancy, and guiding requestors to existing assets.

  • Partnering with curriculum teams to adapt the NVIDIA Academy portfolio for partner audiences, ensuring it meets their specific needs.

  • Co-instructing partner workshops and serving as a trusted training advisor within the NPN community.

  • Managing the training programs team for NVIDIA Infrastructure Services.

  • Supporting the rollout of the NVIS onboarding and training framework alongside cross-functional partners.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 12+ overall years of professional experience, including 4+ years in leading or managing technical training, enablement, or technical program management.

  • Working proficiency with NVIDIA's technology stack or a demonstrated ability to quickly master complex technical platforms.

  • Proven success in driving alignment across a fast paced, matrixed organization with multiple collaborators.

  • Strong communication and facilitation abilities, with experience presenting technical content to varied audiences.

  • Good judgment under competing priorities, with the confidence to make clear decisions and explain the rationale to requestors.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Master’s or advanced degree in a technical field.

  • Direct familiarity with NVIDIA partner programs (NPN, NCP) or enterprise field sales operations.

  • Background in co-developing curriculum with product or engineering teams in a hyper-growth technology environment.
