Senior Manager, Systems Engineering

This is a senior technical leadership opportunity focused on transforming corporate systems engineering into a scalable internal platform function.You will lead an experienced team responsible for identity, endpoint management, IT service management, procurement enablement, and enterprise tooling.The role combines people leadership with ownership of high-priority infrastructure initiatives that affect employees across the organization.You will help establish stronger automation, governance, visibility, and self-service capabilities as the business continues to scale.A major focus will be enabling secure and effective use of AI tooling across enterprise systems and workflows.You will work closely with Security, GRC, Finance, Engineering, and AI teams, influencing decisions beyond your immediate area of ownership.This role is ideal for a technically strong leader who enjoys simplifying inherited complexity and building systems that make the broader organization faster and more effective.
