Senior Manager – SAP Transformation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager – SAP Transformation based in the United States. This senior client-facing role combines SAP transformation leadership, program management, solution architecture, commercial responsibility, and business development. You will lead complex, full-lifecycle SAP transformation programs while serving as a strategic advisor to senior customer stakeholders. The role spans SAP M&A and S/4HANA initiatives, including Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition programs. You will translate business objectives into transformation roadmaps, oversee delivery across scope, budget, resources, and risks, and help drive successful outcomes for major engagements. Beyond delivery, you will contribute to sales pursuits, go-to-market strategy, proposals, and the expansion of strategic customer relationships. As the practice grows, you will also have the opportunity to build and develop a consulting team and help shape its future direction.
