Senior Manager Rider Communications & Partnerships UK&I

About the role As the Rider Communications & Partnerships Lead for the UKI you will own managing our UK & Ireland Rider communication channels via our CRM system Braze, email, SMS, WhatsApp and in-app as well as building and executing our content & partnerships strategy including our Rider Social Media. Alongside this you’ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and launching new Rider partnerships as well as retaining, reviewing and improving current partnerships. You and your team will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of partnerships, comms & social campaigns and always looking for ways to improve engagement rates and ensuring that our approach & strategy supports Riders.
