Senior Manager, QA Engineering

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, QA Engineering based in Australia. This is a senior engineering leadership opportunity focused on defining and scaling quality across a complex enterprise software platform. You’ll own the end-to-end QA strategy, establish quality gates, and use meaningful metrics to influence release and roadmap decisions. The role combines strategic leadership with enough technical depth to remain connected to hands-on quality engineering. You’ll lead multiple QA teams and evolve their structure as the organization scales. The position also requires close collaboration across engineering, product, UX, documentation, and field teams to establish shared quality standards. You’ll work in a global, remote environment with a strong focus on reliability, performance, automation, and continuous improvement.
