Position Summary
The Sr Mgr, Product Mgt - Community Resource Directory (CRD) is responsible for supporting the CRD team and assets and strategically prioritizing business requirements to enhance and expand the CRD tool into all LOBs internally and externally. The Sr Mgr. drives innovation, evaluates performance, and ensures regulatory compliance, playing a pivotal role in guiding the organization's growth and success.
This position requires an agile and collaborative individual who will partner across LOBs and technical teams to support strategic direction of CRD capabilities and functionality aligning with the enterprise needs/goals. This role also requires strong engagement and communication across all business units to ensure that the needs of both our internal and external partners are being met. In addition, the individual must be able to independently interact with a wide range of senior stakeholders and demonstrate a consistent track record of delivering results.

- Contributes to the development of product strategies and roadmaps, analyzing market trends, conducting competitive research, and identifying customer needs.
- Analyzes customer needs, pain points, and preferences to guide product development and ensure customer-centric solutions.
- Contributes to optimizing the product portfolio based on market demand and business objectives by analyzing product performance, monitoring market trends, and making data-driven decisions regarding product enhancements, updates, or retirement.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define product vision, set strategic goals, and establish a roadmap for product development and enhancements.
- Engages with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather insights, gain feedback, and build consensus.
- Defines product positioning, identifies unique value propositions, and ensures effective communication of product features and benefits.
- Analyzes product performance metrics, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), and contributes to the evaluation of product success and effectiveness.
- Support strategic direction set for the CRD
- Oversee all facets of CRD projects including objective setting, planning, prioritization, consultation with business stakeholders, progress tracking, implementation, status updates and communication, etc.
- Oversee quality of work produced by the CRD specialists (prioritize workload, audit team outcomes, etc.)
- Train and serve as liaison for external teams serving as Super Users
- Train various lines of business regarding the use of the CRD
- Serve as SME for CRD to provide Demos and explain product vision to stakeholders
- Create formal documentation of the CRD process and experience to streamline communications with stakeholders
- Communicate upcoming CRD changes or enhancements that may impact user experience across LOBs
- Facilitate/Assist in CRD intake requests and gathering of stakeholder requirements
- Facilitate and provide input in the drafting of the CRD roadmap
- Create CRD Features based on the Product Management priorities
- Prioritize CRD Development team backlog of work based on business needs
- Create user stories for CRD Development team with goals and acceptance criteria and track the progress of work to ensure release goals are met
- Perform Business checkout during CRD development team releases
- Identify and escalate potential risks or barriers in meeting CRD objectives
- Monitor and respond to direct CRD user feedback and questions
- Escalate and flag user feedback to Product Management to help plan for future roadmap
- Engages in continuous learning and stays updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work Hybrid Model (in office part-time during week) if reside near a HUB location.
- 7-10+ years of experience in a highly regulated, complex, data heavy environment
- 7-10+ years of demonstrated organizational skills (e.g., project management experience or managing cross-team/department initiatives with demonstrated success)
- Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

Education
Bachelor's degree required and/or an equivalent work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
