Senior Manager, Product Design - Product Platform

This is a senior design leadership role focused on shaping the shared product platform that connects multiple product experiences into one coherent system.You will lead a team of product designers while remaining hands-on with high-impact, complex, and ambiguous design challenges.The role combines strong product craft with systems thinking, strategic design leadership, and close partnership with Product and Engineering.You will influence how customers navigate products, manage access and data, move through workflows, and interact with shared capabilities such as reporting, AI, and design systems.A key part of the role is creating consistency across interconnected product areas while enabling teams to move faster through reusable patterns and thoughtful design decisions.You will also help evolve a shared design system and champion AI-native product thinking and AI-assisted design practices.This opportunity is ideal for an experienced design leader who enjoys developing people, influencing ...
