ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for an inspiring Senior Product Design Manager to lead our HingeSelect pillar, overseeing a portfolio that spans care discovery, visits, accounts, financial systems, and enterprise products. You’ll set hands-on design direction across the team, manage and grow a team of designers, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial leadership to deliver high-quality experiences that improve member outcomes and business performance. This role will report directly to our Head of Product Design and is ideal for a leader who excels in complex product environments and can bring strong systems thinking to connected journeys, operational workflows, and data-rich experiences.
