Senior Manager, Physical Therapy

As Senior Manager, Physical Therapy, you will lead multiple Physical Therapy teams and ensure high-quality, technology-enabled care is delivered at scale. You will translate department strategy and OKRs into clear execution plans, allocate resources across your teams, and scale operating practices that improve access, capacity, quality, clinical outcomes, employee experience, and cost. You will lead through 5–7 PT Managers, coaching them to improve performance and velocity while holding them accountable for team results, talent, execution, and responsible use of resources. This role owns execution of the PT operating model within its remit, including workforce and capacity planning, performance management, clinical operations processes, and escalation paths.
