The Senior Manager, Operations Strategy Enablement will identify, develop, and scale strategic capabilities across a broad operations organization. This role connects opportunities across Originations, Front Office, Backoffice, and Collections, helping proven tools, technologies, and operating practices reach teams where they can create measurable value. As a centralized enablement leader, you will own complex initiatives from opportunity identification and business-case development through implementation, adoption, and performance measurement. You will collaborate across Strategy, Operations, Product, Technology, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, and other functions to turn shared opportunities into scalable solutions.
