Senior Manager - Incentives

This role sits within the Onboarding & Incentives pillar of the Rider Growth function at Deliveroo, this pillar owns the journey from the moment an applicant expresses interest through to a fully habituated, retained rider. We collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, Regional Operations, Rider Marketing and the Retention team to secure and retain a high-quality fleet. We are seeking a Senior Manager to own three of the core engines behind our rider supply strategy: incentives, performance tracking, and target setting with scope to own wider areas of responsibility as these solutions are productionised. 1. You will have overall accountability of our rider referral program from strategy to execution. You’ll partner closely with the Retention & Resurrection team on retention incentives, ensuring incentive spend across the rider lifecycle is efficient, well-targeted, and joined up.
