Senior Manager, HR Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Operations based in the United States. The Senior Manager, HR Operations will help drive strategic people initiatives, operational excellence, and data-informed decision-making across a distributed workforce.This highly visible role combines HR operations, analytics, project management, systems expertise, and cross-functional partnership.You’ll translate workforce and HR data into executive-level insights, dashboards, recommendations, and presentations.You’ll manage multiple strategic initiatives spanning engagement, compliance, performance management, compensation, and organizational priorities.The role also oversees leave administration, HR reporting, process improvements, and key compliance areas including FLSA and overtime requirements.You’ll work closely with senior leaders and teams across Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Technology, and other functions.The position is remote for eligible U.S.-based professionals, with a preference for candidates able to work periodically from Washington, D.C.
