About the role:
This Senior Manager of Go-to-Market (GTM) Programs will lead and drive core programs that transform the way Samsara’s Implementation, Renewals, and Customer Success teams operate making them more efficient and higher quality at their role leading to increased renewal rates and customer NPS. This high-impact role will be instrumental in owning and operationalizing the program management office (PMO) for the Revenue Operations team, enabling GTM leaders to execute with clarity, consistency, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to renewals, customer success, operations, and cross-functional leadership, ensuring alignment and execution on programs such as defining and upleveling methodology, improving value journeys and business reviews, and reducing risk across the customer base. This is a highly visible role that requires a strong bias for action, attention to detail, and a track record of leading cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.
