Senior Manager, Global Security Operations

This is a senior cybersecurity leadership role supporting a 24x7x365 Security Operations Center (SOC) and broader global security operations.You will combine hands-on operational leadership with strategic planning to strengthen detection, incident response, and service performance.The role owns key SOC metrics, using data to identify gaps, optimize resources, and drive measurable improvements.You will coach and develop security analysts and incident handlers while building a strong pipeline of future security operations leaders.Working across geographically distributed teams, you will help establish consistent operating rhythms, processes, and standards.The position also offers significant scope to advance automation, SIEM/SOAR capabilities, and operational efficiency.It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SOC leader ready to expand their management impact within a large, complex enterprise environment.
