Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk to build and lead a scalable commercial operations function supporting complex sales agreements across multiple markets and customer segments. In this strategic leadership role, you will shape pricing frameworks, approval processes, deal structures, and commercial policies that enable sales teams to close business efficiently while managing financial, contractual, and operational risks. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and GTM Operations to navigate sophisticated commercial arrangements, consumption-based pricing models, and international market requirements. You will also lead the evolution of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems and establish scalable processes that improve deal execution and governance.
