Senior Manager, Customer Expansion

The Senior Manager, Customer Expansion will build and lead a scalable expansion motion across an established customer base. This role combines strategic commercial leadership with hands-on organizational building and people management. You will develop repeatable playbooks that turn customer engagement into product adoption, revenue growth, and retention. The role leads through frontline managers across BDR and Sales & Training Specialist functions while establishing clear operating rhythms and performance metrics. You will work closely with Account Management, Sales, Training, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to remove friction and scale successful customer-growth initiatives.
