What You'll Do - Set Lambda's contracting and supply chain standards — SOPs, playbooks, approval matrix, delegation of authority, master supply, general contractor, and design agreement templates, clause library, and commercial negotiation frameworks - Lead master agreements and their commercial terms — pricing structures, payment terms, capacity reservations, warranties, liquidated damages, and performance security — in alignment with category managers, who own the sourcing strategy and supplier relationships - Lead negotiation of terms and conditions — liability caps, indemnities, insurance, change, suspension, and termination — ...
