Senior Manager, Content Systems & Innovation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Content Systems & Innovation based in Germany. This role will shape the systems and workflows that enable content to be created, structured, reused, optimized, and distributed at scale.You’ll lead the development of a structured-content ecosystem designed to support multiple audiences, products, platforms, and digital experiences.A key focus will be building scalable content models, schemas, taxonomies, metadata, and governance within a modern CMS.You’ll also identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve content operations and audience experiences.Working across Editorial, Product, Technology, Analytics, Clinical, and Revenue teams, you’ll turn complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions.Your work will help enable personalization, content reuse, digital tools, AI-driven experiences, and more efficient content workflows.This is a strategic, highly collaborative opportunity for a content-systems leader with a strong product mindset and a passion for innovation.
