Senior Manager, Clinical Data Operations & Integration

Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical Data Operations & Integration based in the United States. As a Senior Manager, Clinical Data Operations & Integration, you’ll lead teams responsible for onboarding, integrating, validating, and supporting complex healthcare data across clinical, financial, and revenue cycle domains. You’ll oversee large-scale client implementations and ensure data integrations are accurate, scalable, reliable, and fit for purpose. The role combines people leadership, healthcare interoperability, data operations, implementation delivery, and strategic client engagement. You’ll work closely with health system IT, interoperability, clinical informatics, Product, Engineering, Client Services, and Operations teams. You’ll also establish scalable governance, operating practices, and performance metrics that improve implementation quality and efficiency. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced healthcare data professional who enjoys solving complex integration challenges and developing high-performing teams.
