This is a senior technical role focused on delivering high-quality software support and services for enterprise mainframe environments.You will serve as a key technical expert for CICS Transaction Server (CICS TS) and related OEM software across complex z/OS environments.The role combines hands-on systems programming, customer support, software installation, maintenance, and migration expertise.You will work closely with clients, project managers, disaster recovery teams, and other technical specialists to resolve issues and deliver critical initiatives.The position offers a remote, client-facing environment with opportunities to influence modernization, migrations, upgrades, and operational excellence.Success requires strong analytical thinking, independence, communication, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.The role also includes on-call responsibilities, scheduled weekend work, and support across multiple time zones.
