Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Workers Compensation

Our partner is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Workers Compensation based in South Africa. This role offers the opportunity to shape and manage Workers’ Compensation insurance operations within a globally distributed employment environment. You will oversee insurance programs, coordinate with brokers and insurers, and support employees and customers across multiple countries. The position combines insurance portfolio management, risk financing, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. You will help ensure that coverage, claims processes, renewals, and related activities are handled accurately, efficiently, and compliantly. Strong analytical skills and process discipline will be important as you identify risks, evaluate opportunities, and translate data into actionable recommendations. Working asynchronously with international teams, you will have significant ownership while contributing to a broader employee lifecycle operation.
