Senior Level Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Level Designer based in Germany. This is an opportunity to shape engaging, readable, and strategically rich spaces for a major action-focused game project.You will own level design from early concepts through blockout and refinement, ensuring spaces support combat, movement, and core gameplay systems.Your work will directly influence how players explore, make decisions, fight, navigate, and experience the game world.You will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, AI specialists, and environment artists to turn creative concepts into compelling playable experiences.Rapid iteration, playtesting, and data-driven feedback will be central to refining your work and improving player experiences.You will also contribute to the growth of the design team by sharing knowledge, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring less experienced designers.The role offers substantial creative autonomy within a fully remote, collaborative studio culture that values player experience, honesty, and continuous improvement.
