As a Senior Learning Designer, you will lead the design and delivery of high-quality learning experiences across complex education projects. You’ll combine learning design expertise with project leadership, stakeholder management, and team mentorship. The role involves shaping engaging online resources, activities, assessments, and digital learning environments across higher education disciplines. You’ll collaborate closely with subject matter experts, teaching staff, clients, and distributed teams to turn educational goals into effective learner experiences. You’ll also contribute to business development, thought leadership, and the continuous improvement of learning practices.
