Senior Learning Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Learning Designer based in the United States. The Senior Learning Designer is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading learning design across digital content initiatives from initial brief through launch. The role combines instructional design expertise, assessment craftsmanship, and initiative leadership to ensure high-quality learning experiences for K–8 students. You will translate strategic goals into practical design frameworks, content specifications, and assessment standards that teams can execute consistently. The position also plays an important role in mentoring other designers and strengthening shared design practices through feedback, resources, and workshops. As part of a digitally focused environment, you will contribute to AI-assisted content workflows, including prompt design, evaluation frameworks, and quality rubrics.
