Senior Learning Design VSP

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Learning Design VSP based in United States. This role focuses on designing impactful learning experiences that build technical AI capabilities and improve employee performance.You will work closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, AI product teams, and associates to translate capability needs into practical learning solutions.The position combines performance consulting, adult learning theory, instructional design, and emerging technologies to create engaging development experiences.You will independently manage learning projects while developing scalable content, assessments, multimedia assets, and performance support tools.Generative AI and other emerging technologies will be leveraged to accelerate content development, learner support, and learning operations.The role offers an opportunity to influence how technical audiences build and apply skills in support of enterprise-wide AI priorities.As part of a Variable Staffing Pool, hours may range from part time to full time depending on business needs and project requirements.
