Senior Lean Services Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Lean Services Associate based in United States. This role leads Lean implementation and continuous improvement initiatives across small to mid-sized construction projects.You will facilitate Lean planning, coach project teams, and strengthen coordination and reliability throughout the project lifecycle.The position combines hands-on facilitation with training, team coaching, and structured problem-solving.You will help project teams adopt Last Planner System, 5S, and other Lean practices while identifying opportunities for ongoing improvement.As an experienced Lean resource, you will independently lead core activities and support more complex planning and alignment sessions.The role offers significant exposure to construction projects, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams across North America.Extensive travel is required, providing opportunities to work directly with diverse project teams and contribute to high-impact construction initiatives.
