Senior / Lead Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior / Lead Recruiter based in Netherlands. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced recruiter who will play a central role in building high-performing teams across Europe. You will own end-to-end recruitment for priority and mission-critical positions, partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders. The role combines proactive sourcing, talent mapping, structured assessment, stakeholder advisory, and candidate closing. Beyond filling individual positions, you will use market intelligence and recruiting data to strengthen hiring strategies and improve overall recruitment outcomes. You will have significant autonomy to shape processes, challenge assumptions, and introduce more effective ways of working. This role is well suited to someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys making a measurable impact on organizational growth.
