This is a senior-level growth opportunity for an experienced media buying leader with a proven record of scaling high-growth e-commerce and DTC brands.You’ll own the end-to-end growth strategy across paid acquisition, funnel optimization, creative performance, and customer lifetime value.The role combines hands-on media buying with strategic capital allocation across Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon, TikTok, and Pinterest.You’ll work across supplement and wellness brands, balancing aggressive growth targets with profitability, compliance, and sustainable customer economics.As a growth architect, you’ll guide a cross-functional team while making data-driven decisions across the entire customer journey.The environment is highly autonomous, fast-paced, and focused on measurable outcomes rather than activity or hours worked.This is an opportunity to shape scaling strategies, manage significant budgets, and directly influence the growth and profitability of multiple brands.
