You will own configuration, automation, integrations, documentation, and analytical capabilities that help engineering and business teams work more effectively. The role sits within a Commercial Systems environment responsible for connecting business applications, improving data flows, and automating operational processes. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams across multiple regions while managing critical escalations and complex assignments. The position combines Jira administration with Python development, process improvement, data integration, and stakeholder management.
